"The tutors were incredible, all bursting with information and energy. To us they were seen more as friends than teachers and this is what made the group so cohesive... To me it was worth every single penny, actually a lot more."

Where We Go

Rome
The perfect city for a young budding historian, we shall see all the Roman history the children have learnt at school - the Forum, Colosseum and Pantheon. They shall meet Michelangelo, Raphael and Bernini. We shall go deep into the Christian catacombs and marvel at glittering mosaics. The days will be full of story-telling, drawing, acting, picnics and most importantly, fun.
Florence
Florence can have the effect of cultural overload even on the most seasoned traveller. By far the best way to introduce your children to this complex city is with a tutor who can inject enthusiasm and entertainment into the wonders of renaissance. We shall climb to the top of the Duomo and admire Brunelleschi’s inspiring engineering achievements, see Michelangelo’s secret hiding place with his own graffiti and picnic in the Boboli gardens.
Venice
Venice, more than any other city, has an immediate impact on all children. As we float down the Grand Canal they stand in awe at the glittering palaces rising out of the water, the multitude of little bridges, the sound of slapping water and the singing of the gondoliers. We shall explore Piazza San Marco, draw in the Guggenheim Museum and take a boat out to the distant island of Torcello.
