If you have left school, please note our Late Summer Course which is timed to return before the beginning of the University term. It is just under 5 weeks long with an optional week at the end continuing onto Sicily.
*School Leavers
If you don't want to be abroad for the publication of your A level results (20th August 2009 and 19 August 2010), then you can still join the Late Summer course on the 21st August 2009 or 20 August 2010 or later in Venice.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?:
Accomodation in Italy, tuition in small groups (230 hours onsite), all transport within Italy when connected with teaching, train travel between cities, all museum entrance fees, notes, reading lists, history of music CD, drawing tuition and basic Italian classes.
Flights are purchased seperately through our travel partner STA Travel, ATOL bonded 3206. Total monies paid will not exceed the fees stated above, although last minute sign ups may be asked to pay a flight supplement.
Items not included are insurance, lunch and supper.
We recommend that students bring £30-£33 per day to cover food, drinks and spending money.
Travel insurance can be arranged by contacting Mind the Gap Year. They offer competitive & comprehensive insurance adaptable to each of the courses we offer. Please ensure that you policy covers medical & repatriation expenses.
AHA protects client moneys paid in advance by placing them in a Clients Trust Account as recommended by the tour regulations of the 1992 Consumer Protection Act. Monies are held in this segregated account (and thus not part of the audit of Art History Abroad) until the completion of a course.
