"They say there is no such thing as a perfect moment but when we stepped into the Sistine Chapel, deserted, standing empty just for us, it wasn't just a perfect moment but a mind-blowing, perfect hour. What more can I say other than, thank you with all my heart for a truly life-changing trip."

*School Leavers: If you don't want to be abroad for the publication of your A level results (19 August 2010), then you can still join the Late Summer course on the 20 August 2010 (or later if required) in Venice.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?:

Accommodation, breakfast, all transport within Italy when connected with teaching, transfers in Italy, all museum entrance fees, notes and reading lists. Tuition in small groups (70 hours on-site on the 2 week Summer Courses and 175 hours for the 5 week Late Summer Gap Year course). Also included is a weekly evening entertainment.  Flights are purchased separately through our travel partner STA Travel, ATOL bonded 3206.

The total monies paid will not exceed the fees stated, except where last minute bookings may attract a flight supplement.

The only items not included are insurance, lunch and supper.

We recommend that students bring £27-£30 per day to cover food, drinks and spending money.

Travel insurance can be arranged by contacting Mind the Gap Year. They offer competitive & comprehensive insurance adaptable to each of the courses we offer.

Please ensure that your policy covers medical as well as repatriation expenses and that your policy cancellation cover matches or exceeds the value of the course.  (Please note, the cancellation cover of some policies might be less than the value of the course.)

AHA protects client moneys paid in advance by placing them in a Clients Trust Account as recommended by the tour regulations of the 1992 Consumer Protection Act. Monies are held in this segregated account (and thus not part of the audit of Art History Abroad) until the completion of a course.
