"AHA courses are much better than A level History of Art as a preparation for university work. Exposure to real paintings, sculpture and buildings develops visual alertness. Seeing art in the cities where it was made reveals how it was shaped by its cultural context. Students from AHA have been made aware of many of the problems and excitements of academic Art History before they begin their BA."
Professor John Onians

Summer Programme USA
A Five Week Summer Programme in Europe
European Art, Architecture and Civilisation
The aim is that students should have the time of their lives, that they should be enriched by all that the best of Europe has to offer and that this course will stimulate a lifelong love of art and culture. To this end, students will have time to draw, explore and soak up the atmosphere.
"I feel very lucky to have been in the midst of brilliant tutors and fascinating ideas in some of the most wonderful places on earth! Everything about the course was perfect!" James Halliday a Gap Year Course
